Hmm...Is David just a baby bully who can say anything he wants disparaging others but is allowed to rampage in the pigpen himself? You would have thought Laura Ingraham threatened to beat the baby with a club instead of tweeting that he whined about not getting accepted to his college of choice. Really, David, grow up!

This message is from Sheriff David Clarke of Milwaukee. Law-abiding citizens need to partner with the police to protect themselves and others. The function of the police department is primarily to investigate crimes and catch criminials AFTER THE FACT. Police aren't mind readers. They cannot be in every house in the country guarding people. Rich folks hire bodyguards and have expensive security systems to protect themselves, their families, and their property. What do you have?

The New Civil War: States Rights in the Feds' Crosshairs

Well, it's beginning to look like the next civil war will be over the second amendment. Already, state legislatures are either lining up with the Feds to increase gun control and even ban and confiscate guns or they are drawing a line in the sand telling the Feds to butt out. It's a timely fight in view of the draconian gun bill introduced this week by Diane Feinstein.

Here are a few states defending the right to bear arms.

Groupon Discriminates against Second Amendment Businesses

The deal-maker Groupon has taken the anti-gun side of the gun debate by canceling the deal offered by a Texas gun dealer for a reduced cost gun class. According to an AOL report, Groupon has suspended all gun-related deals. Ironically, this took place after a Groupon rep called the gun dealer to increase the number of deals from 600 to 1500 because of demand. Walter Williams Asks...Are Guns the Problem?

His answer is a big NO! It's the breakdown of moral values, parental authority, and traditions. Here's a snippet from his column:

During the '50s and '60s, the education establishment launched its agenda to undermine lessons children learned from their parents and the church with fads such as "values clarification." So-called sex education classes are simply indoctrination that sought to undermine family and church strictures against premarital sex. Lessons of abstinence were ridiculed and considered passé and replaced with lessons about condoms, birth control pills and abortions. Further undermining of parental authority came with legal and extralegal measures to assist teenage abortions with neither parental knowledge nor consent.

Gun Control Fails in England

In England since handguns were banned violent gun crime has risen by 40%. Is this video the future for America? If we don't fight, it may well be. As one of the men in the video says,  "It's better to be judged by 12 than carried by six."
