Is Pope Francis a Heretic?

One Peter Five reports that a group of theologians, scholars, and clerics are raising the question:
In the seemingly interminable war between Catholics and Pope Francis, another salvo has been fired. This time, it lands a bit closer to the target.
In a 20-page open letter addressed not to the pope, but to the bishops of the Church, 13 Catholic scholars, some of them clergy, state that they “accuse Pope Francis of the canonical delict of heresy” and ask the bishops of the Church to “take the steps necessary to deal with the grave situation of a heretical pope.”  Read more here.

All the Sickening Sickness is Sick - Penis Facials, Eating Human Meat and the Peace of Islam

The West is sick to the point of dying
How sick is sick? Sickness is all around us. It's everywhere - not the sickness of being ill with a disease but the sickness of people doing sick things. Immoral things. Evil things. And each day that dawns brings one more immoral evil sickening story. The following happened in the last three days. Three!

A
mother in Oklahoma married her own son then had the marriage annulled after incest charges, then she got hitched to her daughter after the government legalized gay marriage. The daughter had that marriage annulled because she said her mother had led her into it fraudulently. That entire scenario is sickening!

The Real Meaning of "Different Kinds of Priesthood"

Rev Dr Christina Beardsley
Transgender priest, Church of England
There is an article on One Peter Five by Maike Hickson titled Austrian Priest: Before Female Priests There Will Be Married Priests to which I posted a comment (using a pseudonym). My comment appears here below.

Do married priests include same-sex married men since same-sex marriage is now legal? In other words, how would they be able to say that the married priesthood is only for men married to women thereby discriminating against men married to men? Or, if women become priests, women married to women?

Lucia of Fatima Part II - The Vow of Perfection

From One Peter Five
Editor’s note: The following, commemorating the 100th anniversary of the apparitions at Fatima, is Part II of a four-part series by Jonathan and Clara Fleischmann. Parts I and II were originally published by Missio Immaculatae Magazine and are edited and reprinted here with the authors’ permission. Read Part I here.
Lucia’s Vow of Perfection
“Maximalism” is a curious term. In the arts, a common definition is the “aesthetic of excess and redundancy” [1]. Such a definition is implicitly derogatory, since “excess” according to any one of its several meanings is always in some sense opposed to “perfection” or “perfect quantity.” It is perhaps because of this unfortunate connotation that Pope St. John Paul II – himself a student of the arts – made the following statement: [Read more...]

When the Pope is an Abusive Father, It's Blow after Blow!

Hmm...What can I do today to beat up the faithful?
I know, I'll have La Civilta Cattolica discuss reopening
the question of women priests. Yes, that'll do it.
It's clear to anyone with eyes to see and ears to hear that things are not well with Holy Mother Church these days with Pope Francis at the helm. (See the articles linked below.) The barque of Peter can never sink, but she is certainly being drilled full of holes by the pope and his liberal cabal that act more like mafia dons than apostles.

Faithful Catholics need to pray, but not to be naive about what's happening. Has the Lord allowed this because lack of faith and our lukewarmness? There is a saying that you get the leaders you deserve. Read these articles and then make a Lenten resolution to grow in faith by studying Church dogma, in hope by reading the lives of the saints, and in charity by loving and sharing the truth with others. We are the light of the world. If the Vatican is turning off the lights, get out the candles!

Is the Pope of Openness and Transparency, Tolerance and Mercy Real? Maybe Not!

Did Pope Francis Threaten the Authors of the 13 Cardinals Letter?

Sure sounds like it. In a court of law you can't convict anyone on circumstantial evidence and hearsay, but in view of the pope's style and the bizarre carryings on at the Vatican, it is entirely plausible that he believes himself to be the autocrat of the Church. Ironic, ain't it, since liberal churchmen are always talking about shared authority with the bishops?

Right!
