Let's not start the Fatima Consecration controversy in the comment section below since that isn't what this post is about. Instead briefly let's look at historical facts that happened after Pope John Paul II's March 25, 1984, Consecration then move on to facts of the current situation today.

Western military experts called it the worst naval disaster the Soviet Navy has suffered since WWII. 

On December 1984, Soviet Defense Minister, mastermind of the invasion plans for Western Europe, suddenly and mysteriously dies, March 10, 1985, Soviet Chairman Konstantin Chernenko dies, March 11, 1985, Soviet Chairman Mikhail Gorbachev, a baptized Christian, is elected.

Editor's Comment: Let all on earth, especially Catholics, pray and do penance for an end to the war between Russia and Ukraine. As we celebrate All Saints and All Souls Day, we can turn to allies in heaven and in purgatory to join in our plea for a just peace. No conflict between nations is a black and white event. Personally, I believe there have been very few wars that were just according to the teachings of Just War Theory. And often, historians find that wars were deliberately provoked to benefit cetain elite groups by increasing their power and control and their riches. May God have mercy on us all and prevent a third World War which we very much deserve for our diabolical disorientation!

Since the invasion of Ukraine by Putin in February this year, the Russian Catholic bishops have shown the courage incumbent upon successors of the Apostles. We must remember that our brethren in Russia, of the Latin and Greco-Slavonic rites, are a tiny minority who were viciously persecuted under the Soviets, and have slowly built back their churches and numbers over the past few generations.

As war propaganda has escalated in Russia, this has only increased the tension upon Catholics as direct criticism of the war is an illegal and chargeable offence. Faced with the invasion of Ukraine, the Russian bishops fearlessly called Russian politicians to their responsibility for aggression before God.

Consecration of Russia

With the March 25 consecration of Russian and Ukraine to Our Lady’s Immaculate Heart, it is clear that the Blessed Virgin has galvanised the Russian and Ukrainian Catholic bishops to lay down their life for their sheep. Tirelessly His Beatitude, Patriarch Sviatoslav Shevchuk, who proclaimed that the Consecration would be “victory over evil,” continues daily to shepherd his flock, our Ukrainian Catholic brethren, in the face of invasion and the horrors of war. Note: I should have explained yesterday that the authors at the website and the website itself are immensely famous literally across the planet. The two men on the podcast also are famous - or at least very well known. The website is one where I had formerly given great respect to these people because of their experience and status. But no more because how can they defend Nazi terrorism? How can they turn a blind eye to factual events...being so "in the know" and all?  Why do they have such visceral hatred for Russia?

But that aside, even if it were true – which it isn’t – why the complaint that Russia is getting weapons from the Iranian Mullahs when the Ukraine has gotten all-l-l-l its weapons from the Collective West? What’s the difference?

None, because if one side can get weapons from several countries, why cannot the other side get weapons from some other countries? What (her name) is saying is that it’s OK for the Ukraine to do something but not for Russia to do the same. Unbalanced reasoning on (her name)'s part.

But then (her name) must love Nazis because of what I mentioned above about Ukraine and the Nazi Bandera to which (her name) remains silent.

The Ukraine/Russia Debate Before the Catfight

For the past 10 days I've been posting comments on a well known website "debating" with a person who comments on nearly all that site's articles mirroring their point of view. This person might be one of the authors or one of their spouses, an employee or one of their spouses. I have no idea who this person is, however she's obviously someone approved by the website's ownership. 

Since the person thought I was a man because of my comment name she revealed that she's a woman, 5'1", age 62 and has a bad knee. Wanting to even the playing field (woman to woman, because for some reason this person thought the proverbial battlefield to be real) I revealed that I'm also a woman, my age and height and that I'm in perfect health. She then accused me of threatening to kill her!

My car needs to have an oil change but I haven't taken it to the shop yet. Putin is to blame for that! The cost of automobile oil is so high now that Putin has put his toxic masculinity into play that no one can afford gas anymore, and certainly not oil to go into the car either, so I'm hesitating to buy gas and oil because I don't want to contribute to Putin's war machine. Not doing it!

It's really hot here in Florida this time of year but I refuse to turn the A/C lower than 80 degrees even though it was 102 outside yesterday. I blame Putin directly for my misery! He's to blame that I'm hot and sweaty within my own home because if the air-conditioner is set lower than 80 degrees the electric bill will be far too high and that money - MY money! - will contribute to Putin's war machine. I will NEVER do that! It's totally Putin's fault that the cost of energy is so high and it's all because he wants Americans to fund his war against Ukraine. How stupid does he think I am?!

Recently while looking at the geo-political, Globalist One-World vs Multipolar Fair-World Order, Russia/Ukraine, East/West factions around the globe, a line from Frankie Laine's old song, Rose, Rose, I Love You wafted through my brain. The line is, "East is East and West is West, our worlds are far apart".

When I was a pre-teen I used to lie on the living room floor listening to records and that song would break my heart. The man singing the song is leaving his true love, Rose, behind in Singapore because you see, "he cannot stay". He "has an aching heart" but must go back to America and can't take her with him. I used to feel so sorry for Rose and her man. They were so in love! It was so sad! They loved each other so desperately but they'll never see each other again!

On April 20th, Russian President Vladimir Putin said that Russia had successfully tested the intercontinental Sarmat missile weighing more than 200 tons. This missile can carry multiple warheads, is able to elude anti-missile defense systems and capable of hitting any target on Earth.

In early May Russian TV showed a simulated video of what a Russian underwater nuclear torpedo could do to Britain and Ireland which is remove them from the face of the earth forever. There merely would be water - just the ocean - where once Britain had existed. "England would be nyet", meaning "no more". Vanished, infinitely disappeared into nonexistence.
