Artificial Intelligence, the stuff of science fiction only a few decades ago, will likely be an increasing element in the lives of our children and grandchildren. Things only dreamed of in cartoons like the Jetsons fill the news. I recently read an article about a traveler in Phoenix riding around in a taxi with no human driver. The thought of sitting in the back seat behind the invisible "man" at the wheel makes me dizzy.

Be careful what you believe!
My mom used to say believe none of what you hear and half of what you see. Today, with AI, photoshop, etc., confusion is rampant and that advice is more relevant than ever. I recently posted a long statement that is ostensibly from Padre Pio. As one commenter said, it doesn't sound like him. I haven't been able to authenticate it, but it spurred me to buy a book, Padre Pio in His Own Words.

Monday Morning Madness -- Or How to Survive Living in an Insane and Hypocritical Culture!
I'm trying to decide whether my "mad"ness is rage or insanity! Why am I "mad?" Lots of reasons. Here's one, Robert Knight's article describing how Utah has passed a ban on counseling for those who want help to deal with same sex attraction/gender dysphoria in a way that leads them to accept the sex they were born with.Too bad, kid, NO CHOICE FOR YOU! Go to a the "quacks who insist that no one can ever 'go straight' or even try."
Dems' un-American agenda appeases LGBTQ community
Here's a snippet from the article:
The “ban” tramples client self-determination and parents’ rights and misrepresents reparative therapy, which opponents redubbed “conversion therapy” to make it sound scary. Advocates deploy false scenarios of “shock therapy” while suppressing reparative success stories easily accessed at RestoredHopeNetwork.org and other sites.
