WHO is Now Saying that Secondary Transmissions from Asymptomatic Virus Carriers are RARE!

UPDATE: As usual, WHO, after a backlash, is saying they misspoke and they don't really know what the heck they are talking about or whether asymptomatic people are major spreaders! Do they know anything about anything except that the Chinese Communist Party is their best friend? Are we surprised?
