No Riots Over the Murder of This Teenager!

Oh, yeah, because it was a white teen murdered by blacks. No whites marching to protest the killing and demand the black perpetrators be brought to justice! No white looters ripping up the town Ferguson style! No Redskins' tribute or Denton becoming a household word with people praising him for being a "gentle" guy. Just families mourning for their children since a subsequent accident en route to the hospital took the life of Ward's date, Lauren Bailey Crisp.

Here's the story in brief. White college freshman Denton James Ward was beaten to death at a McDonald's near Texas A & M by a group of black thugs looking for a fight. He was coming to the rescue of his friend who was also beaten, but survived the attack. The media in typical politically correct fashion ignored the obvious racial hate that precipitated Ward's murder. Here are a few paragraphs from David Paulin's article on the killing:

Incredibly, the race of the assailants was scrubbed from local news coverage; and utterly missing from tersely written wire-service stories about a Brazos County jury’s whopping $27 million negligence verdict on July 30 against “University McDonald’s” – an outlet owned by the Oak Brook, Illinois-based fast-food giant. What the media considered unmentionable nevertheless loomed over a riveting seven-day trial, which came amid the growing phenomenon of black-on-white violence — unprovoked attacks on whites and black mob violence like the so-called “knock-out game.”...

The media’s handling of this case was no surprise:

Pat Buchanan predicts a firestorm like the one that engulfed California after the acquittal of the LAPD officers who arrested Rodney King. Interestingly, both cases involved media editing materials (video in the King case, audio in the Zimmerman case) to make the accused look guilty. The feeding frenzy in the Zimmerman case makes it look impossible for him to get a fair trial. But all the evidence released int he media so far is consistent with Zimmerman's account the night of the incident. But does anybody care about truth these days? It is convenient for one man to be sacrificed to political correctness and, if Obama is lucky, the trial will take place before the election, Zimmerman will get off, race riots will ensue, and Obama can declare martial law. But that seems a remote possibility and fodder for conspiracy theorists. It is likely to be bad enough without that. And consider...by 2050 whites in this country will be in the minority. Remember Rwanda? At least everybody was the same color which made it somewhat possible to blend in. As for Obama - our first black president sure hasn't done anything to defuse racial tensions. His motto, "home and change" should have been "hope and chains."

We should have elected Rodney King. His motto was "Can't we all just get along?" Let's pray for that and, as Christians, let's pray that we can forgive our enemies. It seems like there are a lot more of them since Obama took office and started fanning the flames of racial division. But we aren't the only ones. 93% of black murders are committed by black assailants, much of it during drug battles as illustrated in the video below. What times we live in! Pray for the kids. Like some of the men in the interview say -- it's the breakdown of the family. Amen to that!

Bob Strait survived fighting the Nazis in World War II, but he couldn't defend himself against the monsters of our modern culture. And this is what happens in the culture of death! The greatest predictor of young men growing up to be criminals is being raised in a fatherless home. Before Johnson's Great Society, most black youth (almost 80%) were raised in intact family with a father. Today,  since liberal policies destroyed the black family, over 60% of black youth are born to single moms, often teenagers.  Daniel Patrick Moynihan tried in 1965 to alert the nation to save the black family. His Moynihan Report calling for national action went unheeded. Instead, liberal policies like no-fault divorce are rapidly creating the same tragedy of family disintegration for whites. And the same-sex marriage assault will further destroy the traditional family.

All I can say is pray a lot and raise your children to love and forgive their enemies, because there will be more and more of those in the future unless a miracle of grace transforms this nation. Tyrone Woodfork is to be pitied. God loves the most unlovable among us. He loves the white monsters of the "super race" who Bob Strait fought during WW II and the black monsters roaming our streets today. Their evil brutality repels, but may it also call forth our witness that Jesus Christ transforms. No matter what evil a person has done, he can be forgiven. Some of the greatest monsters have become the greatest saints. May it prove so for Tyrone Woodfork. Somehow, I think Mr. and Mrs. Strait are praying for that outcome for their neighbor.
