Would have been fun to use one of these, but my fingers worked pretty well.
I just returned from voting where I decided to get into it a little with the Democrats. I'm always hopeful that some of them aren't really committed to their evil platform.
Sad to say, I'm usually disappointed to find that they are, in fact, committed to evil and have a dishonest playbook where they pull their scripted answers and talking points.
There were two ladies manning the Democrats' table. One was chubby, 40-ish, super short hair with pink streaks, and an aggressive attitude. The other was older, slim, and gray-haired, not quite so aggressive. No one yelled we spoke cordially although I felt like I was in the Twilight Zone. I smiled throughout the exchange. Pink Streak did too. Gray Hair was more serious.

Who will our nation elect today as our leaders? Will they be men of God or men of the world? (Note: to those who are already offended by my use of the word "men." I continue to use grammatically generic words, hence "men" refers to mankind or, if you prefer, humankind. Alas, the word "man" is also at the center of humankind.)
We have the power to influence who will lead us. Consider Proverbs 29:2:
When just men increase, the people shall rejoice: when the wicked shall bear rule, the people shall mourn.
Defeat liberalism, the godless assault on the values upon which this country was founded! Vote pro-life and pro-family. Disqualify every politician who supports the murder of children waiting to be born and for the destruction of the traditional family.
A liberal niece put this video up on her Facebook page to "inspire" people to vote against Republicans. The video is just creepy if you ask me.
In addition to all the misleading statements (which ascribe every bad thing that's happened in the country for 100 years to Republicans including Hurricane Katrina), it looks like they pulled in a group of union thugs to make it. As one thuggy looking guy after another came on to say why he's voting against Republicans, the hairs on the back of my neck started to prickle. Can't you see these guys outside a plant or on a dock with crowbars and metal pipes prepared to attack any "strike breakers" who dare to cross their picket line. Creepy!

And now, here's what I remember:
I remember that the Democratic party is the party of abortion-on-demand through all nine months of pregnancy. That many democrats can't even bring themselves to resist the gruesome partial birth abortion method where a baby is stabbed in the neck and his brains are sucked out.
I remember that Jimmy Carter, Bill Clinton, Chris Dodd, Barney Frank, and other democratic leaders set the stage for the massive collapse in the housing market that was enabled by policies that forced banks to make bad affirmative action loans to people who couldn't afford to repay them.
I remember that it was Democrat Jimmy Carter who gave us long lines at the gas pump and established two new federal bureaucracies (Energy and Education) that increased federal interference in our lives.
I remember that it's Democrats who wanted to repeal the Bush tax cuts for everyone until the backlash made them retain the cuts (temporarily?) for those making less then $250,000.
I remember who has exploded the national debt after only two years in office adding more than $2.5 TRILLION! I can't even imagine that number!
I also remember that there are plenty of business-as-usual Republicans who should be dumped as well. Some of them lost primaries to real conservatives. Any RINO who loses tomorrow will get a shrug from me even if it does hinder taking over Congress.
Don't vote for the lesser of two evils because he (or she) is still evil and the evil you don't know may turn out to be more evil than the evil you know.
Never vote party just for party's sake. The Democrats are principled, but most of their principles are evil. They sure stick by them though. The Republicans have principles on paper, but never let their priniciples interfere with what happens to be expedient. Support candidates who stand for life, traditional marriage, fiscal restraint, and limited government. If they don't stand for conservatism don't support them. Better to turn in a blank ballot or write in your own name.
You don't "waste your vote" by supporting a third party candidate. You waste your vote when you let them convince you that lukewarm liberal light is better than full-bodied liberal. It's a lie. When liberal expose their evil, they generate resistance. Would we really be better off if liberal John McCain had won? Would he have invigorated conservatism the way the Obama Marxists have?
Pray like everything depends on God and work like everything depends on you. It's the mark of the true Christian - Ora et Labora.
And remember during this All Souls month to pray for the intercession of the poor souls in purgatory. They have fought the good fight and won. Their sufferings are one of the strongest weapons in the arsenal of the Church Militant along with the rosary and the Holy Eucharist. Put on the armor of God and fight!
