Cardinal Dolan, Where Are You?

Cardinal Timothy Dolan has done an outstanding job leading the Catholic resistance to the HHS mandate. Archbishop of the Archdiocese of New York, president of the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops (USCCB), an advisor to Benedict XVI, he has a well-deserved reputation as a spiritual leader. However, during the past few weeks much has been written concerning the controversy created by Cardinal Dolan’s invitation to President Obama to attend the annual Alfred E. Smith dinner. Much of what the cardinal and other bishops have written has been an attempt to justify that invitation. Much of that written by Catholic organizations and national writers has been extremely critical, depicting Cardinal Dolan as naïve or stupid or much worse.

During his administration, President Obama has done everything in his power to undermine the teachings of the Catholic Church. He is implementing programs and policies that may soon require the Church to repudiate its basic beliefs or close down all of its charitable and educational organizations. His support of the intrinsic evils of abortion and same-sex “marriage” is without precedent in any other administration.

I was recently in an antique shop in Hot Springs, Arkansas and found two of these great angels in a display of religious statues. I couldn't bring them home, but I could bring home their pictures. He's a rescuer! Democrat Patrick Murphy in Florida running against Allen West was arrested years ago in a drunken brawl. Todd Akin was arrested for defending the right to life of babies. In my book, that's one more reason to support him. He was willing to put himself on the line to protect the weakest. Isn't that what we should expect from our "public servants?"

The liberals hate this guy because he's a black conservative. Once conservatives have dozens of black patriots like West standing up for traditional moral values and responsible government, liberals will lose the power of their racist politics of division. 

I love Allen West and hope to see him on the presidential ballot in 2016. I wouldn't have to hold my nose to mark the ballot. As for his opponent...well, what can one say about a little boy whose entire campaign is based on character assassination who runs from debates on the issues and depends on Daddy's money? But he's sure got George Soros' support. Socialist Soros knows exactly how dangerous a solid conservative who can appeal to black voters is. Yikes! West could undermine the liberal plantation. Gosh...just suppose they pick up their pitchforks and revolt against their rich white owners? 

One of the things I love about West is that he won't play into the racial discussion. Let's face it. Liberals are pouring money into the races to defeat black conservatives like Allen West and Mia Love, but West won't play the race card by bringing it up. He sticks to the issues. GO WEST!

Ay Yi Yi! When will our Bishops Stop Undermining the Faith?

Cleveland diocese dispatches spies to undermine parishioners' faith. Why do these evil folks collect a paycheck from the Church? No wonder laity don't trust their bishops. Now the question: Is Bishop Lennon clueless which would be irresponsible or is he a wolf in sheep's clothing advocating the actions of his underlings which would be evil? Pray for our bishops, especially those leading their flocks astray.

All it takes to buy a vote for Obama is a free cell phone. Hey, that's easy enough; the taxpayers will buy them and then Obama will use them to buy votes. One of the perks of being in office. You have access to the taxpayers pockets to fund your vote-buying.

Wow! Two Thumbs Up for This Black Bishop...

Calling for Christians and Jews to exit the Democratic party en masse because Democrats at their convention "declared war" on Christians:

 "We will not be treated like pawns in your power game!...The Ku Klux Klan did not do nearly as much to destroy black life as Planned Parenthood has done. Millions of black babies, unborn, unable to live because of the union between Planned Parenthood and the Democrat party....I am personally insulted by the comparison of being black to being homosexual....This is done for the purpose of manipulating people emotionally and getting them to buy into the acceptance of homosexuality....Blessed is the nation whose God is the Lord!"
