We visited many churches and shrines on our recent cross country trip. Here are a few portraits in stained glass and sculpture that reminded me of the rich patronage of our Catholic heritage. All you angels and saints, pray for us on this All Saints night and on the vigil of all Souls Day.

What church are these from? I'd love to visit it.
ReplyDeleteSt. Thomas More is from the parish of the same name in Denver. The wooden image of Our Lady of Guadalupe was from a little chapel in the Grand Tetons and the other stained glass windows and the statue of St. Peter are from the Cathedral of the Prairie off Rte. 70 in Kansas. I hope to post more beautiful church art from our cross country trip.
