Well, actually, our overlords aren't lunatics, but minions of Lucifer. This morning, I learned that a Canadian priest who teaches at the SSPX seminary in Dillwyn, VA (St. Thomas Aquinas) is being deported, I think tomorrow. We know him because he occasionally offers Mass and hears Confessions at our chapel in Linden. The government flunkies won't allow him to renew his visa. Bishop Fellay, who lives at the seminary, is in the same boat, but his deportation is less imminent.

Lepanto. It begins with a discussion of Catholic history and the reason we Catholics in America are so ignorant of it. It's because we've been raised with British, Protestant history. So all the important events that shaped western civilization as impacted by the Church are ignored. 

When I was home schooling I remember checking out a history series from a Protestant publisher Abeka that taught about the Protestant religious "awakening" in America but said not one word about the Spanish Catholic explorers in California and Florida. You could read about the "first" colony in Massachusetts, but nothing about the Spanish colonies founded 100 years earlier.

The Rosary Has Saved Nations in the Past, Can It Save America Now?

The linked article was written in 2020. Can anyone deny that the state of America is worse now than when it was first published? The coming midterms will reveal whether we will continue the slide into diabolical disorientation as Sr. Lucy of Fatima put it, or will begin to rebuild by defending faith and family, hearth and home. 

The best thing anyone can do to bring about the triumph of the Sacred and Immaculate Hearts is to begin with the foundation stone -- the nuclear family. God created marriage and family as the human icon of the Blessed Trinity to remind us that love is a communion of persons. Turning to God than we pray for our families that they will be faithful witnesses to God's love for the world in good times and in bad. And so:

I received the email below the other day from a friend after meeting him by chance at a local restaurant. We had taken our granddaughter out for lunch after she played one of Bianca's suitors in The Taming of the Shrew at Chelsea Academy. As we were leaving, he came in with some others. We had passed a group at the park next to the restaurant praying the rosary with a large statue of Our Lady of Fatima and a banner proclaiming her. Wonderful! I asked if he had been with the group since I know he's a mover and shaker when it comes to organizing public prayer. Anyway, He said, no, they had been attending a funeral. 

At any rate he invited me to join some of these events. They take place in Front Royal which is about forty minutes form our home in Woodstock, but I hope to join them on days I'll be up there. With the cost of gas, we'll be trying to consolidate errands and activities and limit our traveling. If you live in the Front Royal area, though, consider joining some of these prayer events. We certainly need prayer protection these days. And if you don't live in Front Royal, you can still join. Think of it as distance praying. We are all united when we pray Mary's rosary!

Tom have graciously agreed to open the parish to this event, which will be the first in a series of Rosary gatherings that will form a country-wide and world-wide Crusade asking the Blessed Virgin and her Merciful Son to heal the world which we see falling into an unprecedented darkness before our eyes. The event will also be live-streamed.

Topsy and Tuptim finally finished reading and discussing the Instrumentum Laboris for the Pan Amazon Synod taking place in October, the month dedicated to Our Lady of the Rosary. It's a Lepanto moment for all of us that calls for prayer warriors to defend the faith.

The meetings, documents, previous synods, and off-the-cuff interviews with Pope Francis that preceded this latest assault target Holy Mother Church for destruction. That is nothing new. But the organized march through the institution by clerics and religious with the media blitz from the likes of Fr. James Martin may very well be.

Hey, the liberals were thrilled to have an opportunity to send in their thugs pretending to be the "good guys" in white hats. They aren't! Antifa wants an open war and everywhere they go violence erupts.

In Charlottesville, it was the fascists vs. the commies all over again. Are there any good guys in those groups?

Will We Listen to Our Lady's Warnings as We Recall her Apparitions?

The time is late. Will you listen to the messages of Our Lady?

It is surely fitting on the eve of the 100th anniversary of Fatima to recall Our Lady's warnings and respond to her appeals. Sin will bring on WW III if we fail to listen and convert.

Note that the final appearance of Our Lady during each of these apparitions was October 13th, the anniversary of the Miracle of the Sun at Fatima, when the sun plunged toward the earth. Many thought it was the end of the world.

Are we on the verge of an apocalyptic event on the 100th anniversary of the Miracle of the Sun? I don't know, but I do know the time is late!

Please, if you aren't praying the rosary every day, start now. Plead with Our Lady for her intercession. Make peace with your family and friends. Pray for the conversion of sinners and do penance. Our Lady, Queen of the Holy Rosary, pray for us.

May each of us listen to Mary's motherly warnings and respond in love.

Please pray for these poor deluded women, Magdalenes before conversion. They have abandoned the dignity of their sex and transformed themselves into foul-mouthed beasts. Are You Praying the Daily Rosary Yet? It Builds Relationships!

I received an email yesterday that was a real encouragement. Sometimes I wonder whether blogging accomplishes anything, but this showed me I can be a "pencil" for the Lord sharing the authentic Catholic faith including devotion to the holy rosary and that the sharing makes a difference. Thanks be to God for this couple and the wife who was so sweet as to send me this message. It made my day! May God reward them for their kindness!

Italian Police Uncover Islamic Plot to Attack the Vatican

It is Spring 2016. One hundred years ago during this season in Portugal (the children could never pinpoint the date)  an angel visited three little shepherd children and urged them to pray. He taught them an act of reparation:

MY GOD, I believe, I adore, I trust, and I love Thee! 

I ask pardon for for those who do not believe, 

do not adore, do not trust and do not love Thee.

The angel, and later Our Blessed Mother, urged the children to sacrifice themselves for sinners and to pray the rosary every day.
