Required Reading for an Informed Citizen! Eliminate the "Ugly American" Bureaucrats

I have a bookshelf in my bedroom that holds a number of books I consider required reading for informed citizens. They include (but are not limited to) George Orwell's 1984 and Animal Farm, Aldous Huxley's Brave New World, James Clavell's The Children's Story, and The Ugly American by William Lederer and Eugene Burdick. Today I want to shine the spotlight on The Ugly American. 

If you want to understand the foreign policy of the Biden Administration and, for that matter, the policy of many previous administrations both Democrat and Republican, The Ugly American is mandatory! It was published in 1958, but the information is as current today as it was then. The New York Times described the best-selling novel saying, "If this were not a free country this book would be banned.... Devastating!"

Run Away from False Shepherds like Fr. Boller!

According to news reports Fr. Kenneth Boller, SJ, pastor of St. Xavier parish in Manhattan, added the pledge against racism after the  Post Communion prayer of the Mass. (Source)

Another Reason to Hate the Glory and Praise Hymnal

David Haas, How Catholic is he? Not very, folks.

Let's face it many Glory and Praise composers are about as Catholic as Pope Francis and that isn't saying much! But David Haas -- Yikes!

My colleague, Janet from Restore D.C. Catholicism, outed Haas and his dissent several years ago in Why I will never again sing anything by David Haas. The comments on her post are very revealing, both the positive and the negative. Of course, the negative comments accuse her being judgmental and filled with hate. That is the boring mantra of the liberal Catholic. Ho-hum...If you disagree with me and my liberal pro-gay, anti-orthodoxy, cafeteria values you are evil, hateful, a homophobe, a racist, a misogynist, a climate denier, a child abuser, judgmental...and ugly. Are you yawning?

Gay Pride Event Bans Drag Queen Outfits Because It Offends The Transgendered

Poor drag queens. They're banned from performing because some transgendered folks might feel "uncomfortable."

So let me see if I have this straight. Cross-dressing gay men who don't self-identify as transgendered, but like to dress up and sing and dance as women are banned from this event.

But transgendered men who like to cross dress, put on heels and make up and glittery gowns and sing and dance are welcome.

Log Cabin Republicans: Under the Depraved Circus Tent

CAUTION: NOT FOR CHILDREN!

Some in the Republican party say the "big tent" can hold everyone. But how can a tent stand when some of the folks inside are hacking at the support poles? The Log Cabin Republicans want smaller government except when it comes to using government to advance their X-rated depraved circus. The video below is not for children but children, as you will see, were exposed to the real thing. "Gays" use children like Planned Parenthood does: exploiting them for their own purposes. Just as PP approves of statutory rape and covers it up, the Log Cabin Republicans approve of behavior and legislation that make a mockery of family values. Republicans need to choose. Do they want to attract those who defend the family and children or do they want to open the tent to those who exploit children and destroy their innocence? A tent divided against itself will fall faster than the house built on sand. Americans for Truth asks you to send this video to your members in Congress, especially the Republicans. The party is in danger of going the way of the Whigs, a political party that imploded over the question of slavery. Will the Republicans follow them in self destruction? If they continue their "big tent" strategy the answer is pretty clear.

Gay Recruitment at Boston City Hall

Boston is a gay mecca and proud of it. For 15 years they've hosted a "gay prom" at the end of Youth Pride Day open to children as young as 12 up to adults of 22. (Exactly why do 22-year-old homosexual adults want to hang out with 12--year-olds, eh?) The event draws children from middle and high school and offers loud bands, making out in the ballroom (no sex, though), etc. Many of these kids are indoctrinated into this garbage through gay-straight alliance clubs in their local schools. Where are the parents? I suppose they are being "tolerant." These are the same kinds of parents who would have taken their kids to the Roman coliseum to watch the Christians be fed to the lions. They are feeding their own kids to the perverted.

Make no mistake. Homosexuals are after the children. It's the only way they can reproduce. Bullying programs, gay-straight clubs, gay proms...it's all about reaching kids during a vulnerable time and convincing them they're "gay." If you want to teach your children to do something, you expose them to it -- frequently. You practice it. You approve of it.

Of course all this exposure creates gay kids. It's insane to think it wouldn't. Check out GLSEN, the Gay-Straight Alliance (GSA), Safe Schools, etc.; they are recruiters for the gay lifestyle. GSA offers activist summer camps for middle school and high school students.

All I can say is - If you love your kids get them out of the public schools (and bad Catholic schools as well). Home-schooling may be the only answer for some areas of the country. Check out the complete article on this obscene event at World Net Daily.

Gay Hate Crimes Continue

In the wake of the victory of Proposition 8, acts of vandalism and assault against those who supported the pro-traditional marriage effort continue. Ironically, last weekend gays even attacked a Catholic Church in the Castro district of San Francisco that orthodox Catholics have criticized time and again for supporting the homosexual agenda and marching in gay pride parades. Most Holy Redeemer pastor Steve Meriwether said, “I think it's unfortunate that they selected our community to attack, because it's the wrong one." (Read more...

Interesting comment by the padre. Exactly what is the "right" community to attack? One presumes he means a church that considers sodomy, as did St. Paul, grievously immoral. So go ahead, gay vandalizers, paint swastikas on churches that preach against sodomy, assault old ladies who challenge your lifestyle, and vent your spleen by sending envelopes filled with white powder to churches that dare to disagree with you --- just not MHR where the wolf in sheep's clothing tickles your ears, blesses your gay pride events, and lets you hold lewd gay events in the church hall.

Well, Fr. Meriwether's position is not surprising since Most Holy Redeemer is up to its ears mucking around in the gay lifestyle. You can also find much information here about this scandalous parish which allows active homosexuals involved in public scandal to hold a number of visible posts. David Differding, Coordinator of the Liturgy Planning Group participated in the 2008 "Golden Dildeux Awards" and received a trophy. Differding was the Master of Ceremonies when Archbishop Niederauer visited the parish in 2007. He's the bald fellow next to Fr. Merriwether in the photo above.

Pray for all these poor deluded children of God, especially Fr. Merriwether, their false shepherd.
