How would you feel if your teenage son or daughter was held up to ridicule and psychological abuse for defending his Catholic faith? That's what happened to a student in Howell, Michigan school district. What's even more outrageous than the teacher's behavior is the school district backing him up. Public schools are now so corrupt that while they discriminate against all things religious, they celebrate a lifestyle that leads to drug and alcohol abuse, life-threatening illness, and an increased likelihood of suicide. More and more frequently Christian students are being attacked in the classroom as "bigots" and "hatemongers" for having the courage to defend moral standards recognized for thousands of years. Sodomy isn't a lifestyle; it's a deathstyle.

The Virtual Reality of the Homosexual Universe

Homosexual activists live in their own dream world -- a world of virtual reality where they create the entire universe in their own disordered image. So, as the video below shows, they claim that anyone and everyone is really a lesbian or homosexual including saints of the Catholic Church. Those of us who deny it are just closeted "queers" (their word) who don't want to admit the truth. They demand that everyone join in their game of let's pretend or prepare to be the target of their hate-filled "jamming."

I have five children and have been married to the same man for 42 years. Both of us have lived faithfully according to the vows we made on our wedding day.  And, believe it or not, we still enjoy each other's company. We found out just how much when we took a seven week cross-country trip last fall camping in a 30 foot pop-up. We were together 24/7 hiking, biking, visiting churches, and stopping to see friends and family. It was great fun! I don't think we had a cross word the entire trip. Yes, I am a happily married woman who believes that marriage is a sacred covenant between a man and a woman made before God "until death do us part." Homosexual hookups can never be marriage.

On a number of occasions, some brilliant homosexual propagandist has commented on my blog that I must really be a closeted lesbian because I write about homosexuality. The fact is, I write about it because the activist homosexual movement, which is bitter and hate-filled, is targeting everything I hold dear as good and holy. Traditional marriage must go because gays want to play house. Children in the schools must be indoctrinated because gays don't propagate and new homosexuals must be recruited from among the young. Christians must be muzzled and their free speech rights denied because gays demand the entire world say that sodomy is holy and equal to the marital embrace.

Hogwash! I have sympathy for those afflicted with same-sex attraction and I pray for them. It is a heavy cross to bear. But it is no less disordered than any other temptation to evil. Does one really think that sexual attraction to children is normal and good? Yes, actually, the homosexual movement wants to lower the age of consent and some of their "experts" claim that child-adult sex doesn't hurt children but can actually benefit them. Tell that to the parents dealing with the sex abuse of their little ones. Thank God, most Americans have not yet swallowed that bilge as reaction to the Penn State scandal shows.

During the years when the "red peril" caused serious concern about the possibility of nuclear war, some people said they would "rather be red than dead." But for those who love the truth there are values worth fighting, and even dying, for. Joan of Arc, who is being slandered by the gays, stood for those values. Doing the will of God trumps everything, and Jesus, the beloved Son, is our model. He is the way, He is the truth, and He is the life. When we stand for the Truth we stand for Him. Sometimes the truth hurts and sometimes it makes people want to kill you. That's why Joan died as a matter of fact. She was a martyr to the politics of her day.

It is the same in every age when people call good evil and evil good. But the truth remains and must be spoken as charitably as possible. Some will dismiss it and continue to tread the primrose path of dalliance to their destruction, but some will listen and their hearts will be touched and converted. Let us pray through the intercession of Joan of Arc, who lifted the siege against Orleans, that many enslaved by homosexual lust will be freed from their chains.

So called conservatives have spent years saying the social issues just aren't that important. Killing babies and destroying the traditional family matter less than gas prices. Some of us don't agree and we won't be dupes of faux conservatism any more.

Here's the video put together by the parish that is available at the St. Francis Xavier website. The church is beautiful. It sounds like they minister to the local community. But remember Jesus words: "If you love me, you will keep my commandments." Sodomy is a sin that cries to heaven for vengeance. To tickle the ears of the people and make them believe their ministy to the homeless will save them from condemnation for their mortally sinful lifestyle is a lie. A visit to the parish website is instructive. Note the prominent place given to the gay and lesbian groups that meet to talk about spirituality. What kind of spirituality one wonders, since the starting place isn't repenting of sin, but maintaining sinful relationships. God have mercy on the pastor of the parish where the beauty is only a veneer over corruption and he preaches a false love that is likely to lead many to hell.

Feldblum Appointment Underscores Threat of Homosexual Agenda to Liberty  by Alan Sears

You hear it, in one form or another, every day. For all the fervent debates and spirited arguments and plain old yelling matches we are wont to get into on everything from politics to sports to religion, something deep in the soul of most Americans still holds to our quintessential conviction that “everyone’s entitled to his opinion.”

In our democratic republic, that’s about as democratic as it gets.

Which is why it’s so surprising, sometimes, to learn that not everyone believes this…and why it’s so dangerous when someone who doesn’t moves into a position of powerful government authority.

Consider, for instance, the case of Chai Feldblum, one of a number of President Obama’s recess appointments over the weekend. The President nominated her in September 2009 for a post on the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, which governs workplace issues across the country. Ms. Feldblum is on record as stating that “private beliefs” that do not affirm homosexual behavior should not be tolerated in American society.

Not public speech, mind you. Not overt, out-front demonstrations or protests or letters to the editor or call-ins to local radio shows. But “private beliefs” should not be tolerated.

In other words, people who don’t have “private beliefs” like Ms. Feldblum does about homosexual behavior should, under the right circumstances, be prosecuted to the limits of the law.

Uganda Considering Death Penalty for Gays!

Uganda is considering a bill to make homosexual behavior a crime that could even result in imposition of the death penalty. While Christians oppose sodomy and same-sex acting out, executing those who engage in it is not the answer. The bill would even criminalize outreach ministries to gays with prison sentences for "aiders and abeters" of homosexual behavior.

All of us are sinners (except those who never reach the age of reason, whose only sin is the one inherited from Adam and Eve). Most of us have committed sins serious enough to deserve, not only physical death, but the spiritual death of eternal damnation. Why stop with homosexuals engaged in consensual sin? How about serial adulterers like Tiger Woods? And fornicators? You could empty out most dorms in the U.S. with that legislation. How about those who rob the taxpayers by diverting money to special interests? How many would be left on the floor of Congress? Then there are the abortionists, crime syndicates, and gangs perpetrating murder and mayhem. Who would be left at the end of the executions?

There are seven "deadly sins;" lust is only one of them.

Uganda and other countries in Africa are trying to protect the family and it's a laudable goal. It's one of the reasons the U.S. had anti-sodomy laws until they were overturned by the 6-3 2003 Lawrence vs. Texas Supreme Court ruling. Law is supposed to protect the common good and anti-sodomy laws are legitimate. At the very least they prevent homosexuals from recruiting the young which is one of Uganda's goals. (Isn't it interesting that most sinners like Tiger Woods are in the closet. Wouldn't it be nice if the homosexuals had stayed there instead of demonizing as homophobes everyone who deplores their behavior?)

The Ugandan legislator who introduced the bill, David Bahati, welcomes "constructive criticism" to improve the law, but thinks serious action is necessary to prevent homosexuals from "recruiting" the young. In view of the experience here in the U.S. with active recruitment efforts beginning in kindergarten it's easy to understand the concern of Africans over negative "western influence."

According to the Associated Press:

The Ugandan legislation in its current form would mandate a death sentence for active homosexuals living with HIV or in cases of same-sex rape. "Serial offenders" also could face capital punishment, but the legislation does not define the term. Anyone convicted of a homosexual act faces life imprisonment.

Anyone who "aids, abets, counsels or procures another to engage of acts of homosexuality" faces seven years in prison if convicted. Landlords who rent rooms or homes to homosexuals also could get seven years and anyone with "religious, political, economic or social authority" who fails to report anyone violating the act faces three years.

Let's pray that Uganda alters their law to eliminate capital punishment for homosexuals, but criminalizing attempts to spread it to the young sounds like common sense to me. Sodomy pushers are at least as dangerous as drug pushers.

So, you think you have religious freedom? Think again if the government decides your right to exercise your religion conflicts with its diversity policies. Homosexual rights trump everything these days and that's the way the activists want it. Evil is NEVER content with the right to exercise its evil freely. It must ALWAYS force those who call it evil to endorse it. So Christians, gird your loins for the growing persecution. Like Jesus said, "For if in the green wood they do these things, what shall be done in the dry?" The wood is as dry as dust and ready for the conflagration. But the only fire that has the power to destroy us both body and soul is the fire of the Holy Spirit. So hold fast to the truth.

UK marriage counselor, fired for refusing to work with gay couples

More Persecution Coming....

D.C.'s same sex marriage law is likely to pass which will herald a new level of persecution against Christians who refuse to kowtow to homosexual privileges. An amendment to protect the rights of Christians failed. The Washington Post reported today:

Under the bill, headed for a D.C. Council vote next month, religious organizations would not be required to perform or make space available for same-sex weddings. But they would have to obey city laws prohibiting discrimination against gay men and lesbians.

Fearful that they could be forced, among other things, to extend employee benefits to same-sex married couples, church officials said they would have no choice but to abandon their contracts with the city.

"If the city requires this, we can't do it," Susan Gibbs, spokeswoman for the archdiocese, said Wednesday. "The city is saying in order to provide social services, you need to be secular. For us, that's really a problem." Read more here...

Let's pray the Archdiocese stands firm. Cooperation with evil is impossible. Better to lose all the government money and close up shop than to marry the devil. The Church in the U.S. has already compromised too much which explains the collapse of Catholic colleges who sold out for the feds thirty pieces of silver. Pray the archdiocese stands firm on this.

Log Cabin Republicans: Under the Depraved Circus Tent

Some in the Republican party say the "big tent" can hold everyone. But how can a tent stand when some of the folks inside are hacking at the support poles? The Log Cabin Republicans want smaller government except when it comes to using government to advance their X-rated depraved circus. The video below is not for children but children, as you will see, were exposed to the real thing. "Gays" use children like Planned Parenthood does: exploiting them for their own purposes. Just as PP approves of statutory rape and covers it up, the Log Cabin Republicans approve of behavior and legislation that make a mockery of family values. Republicans need to choose. Do they want to attract those who defend the family and children or do they want to open the tent to those who exploit children and destroy their innocence? The party is in danger of going the way of the Whigs, a political party that imploded over the question of slavery. Will the Republicans follow them in self destruction?
