Good-bye to Ireland, the Land that Loved Children

Remember how we got abortion on demand in the United States? It began with the hard cases in the states. There were clergy panels to rubber stamp abortions that were only allowed for rape, incest, and life of the mother. Then life of the mother included suicide and all a woman had to do was threaten suicide to get her ticket punched. It all became moot with Roe v. Wade and Doe v. Bolton that legislated abortion in the first six months for no reason and the last three months for any reason.

And so it begins in Ireland. A friend and I visited the emerald isle in the early 90s and predicted Ireland's fall within 15 or 20 years. They were inundated with our horrible television. Promotion of the gay agenda was on the front page of newspapers. We talked to people all over the country eager for legalization of divorce and contraception. The one encouraging fact was that there were still  beautiful little children everywhere. Well, Ireland took the money when they joined the European and God and Mammon never have gotten along well.  I believe that accelerated the destruction which is well underway.

I am mourning tonight for that lovely country.

  1. Do you know that a statue of the goddess Europa is the symbol of the European Union, an immodestly dressed women riding a beast. The statue of the the rape of Europa by Jupiter who turned himself into a bull. It sounds eerily, like the whore riding the beast in the Book of Revelation (the Apocalypse) if you ask me. Many Evangelicals and other Protestants think so too. It seems Europe has exchange Christendom for Europa and Jupiter. It is too bad the Holy Roman Empire did not change the name of the continent as far as I am concerned. The beast that rises once again from the sea.

  2. Mary Ann, just put "Europa, symbol of European Union woman riding a beast" in your search bar to see what I mean. They have this horrid statue in many prominent places in Europe now. There is nothing Judeo-Christian about it.

  3. Mary Ann, regarding my last two posts on December 24, I do not agree, of course, with those Protestants who connect the beast or the whore of Babylon in Revelation (Apocalyse) with the Catholic Church, except perhaps those fallen away Catholics who are teaching heresy or are pro abortion, pro "same-sex marriage", who and which are against the teachings of the Catholic Church. Many good evangelicals and Protestants realize that the Catholic Church IS NOT the whore of Babylon spoken of by St. John.
