“Paranoia is just having the right information,” William S. Burroughs
"This is the Pope's Synod, for Good or Bad the Results Belong to Him!"
Maybe...
As if that makes any difference what so ever to the harm being done.
I signed up to pray for AB Cardinal Dew and my prayer has been a simple one. That he and the Synod fathers and the holy father do God's will. That remains my prayer.
"The most evident mark of God's anger, and the most terrible castigation He can inflict upon the world, is manifest when He permits His people to fall into the hands of a clergy who are more in name than in deed, priests who practice the cruelty of ravening wolves rather than the charity and affection of devoted shepherds. They abandon the things of God to devote themselves to the things of the world and, in their saintly calling of holiness, they spend their time in profane and worldly pursuits. When God permits such things, it is a very positive proof that He is thoroughly angry with His people and is visiting His most dreadful wrath upon them." Saint John Eudes
You need to hop on over to OnePeterFive and take a look at Steve Skojec's new blog post: "Where Does The Pope Really Stand On Clerical Sex Abuse?" It's an even more in depth 'eye opener'. The info in that post needs to go MEGA VIRAL.
Thanks MA and new gut and TLM.........the quote from St John Eudes was providential. I just got off the phone from a tearful Deacon's wife who organizes a Rosary Congress for her Diocese. Seems her pastor just called and told her off because someone showed him her emails with links to comments and articles covering he Synod. The priest accused her of "bashing the Pope" .
Odd isn't it? How is it we all feel bashed by this Pope as we witness the promotion of sodomy and a communist agenda thinly veiled under an over reaching notion of "love"? When will the Pope clarify that love and perverted lust are two different things? When will he stand up for the priests and seminarians who have rightfully complained to their Bishops about having to endure perverse individuals in the rectories and seminaries? When will he insist that every priest should condemn the murder of innocence from the pulpit? When will he give an edict to all Bishops to forbid their priests from celebrating sodomy during Mass and marching in "gay rights" parades? When will he end perverse sexual education in the Parochial schools and re affirm that this responsibility rests solely in the home in privacy between child and parents? Is it not enough for he clergy to pass on what they were commanded to by Jesus and His Apostles..... ( which is evident they have failed to do by the state of confusion and immorality in the world) ...and forget the political goals of the UN!

That's right. The pope owns this mess.

Yes, the buck stops on Pope Francis' desk!
Lots of good questions. Let's pray for answers.
