The Faith Wreckers at the Academy for Life Exposed

I once said to my husband that I would know the Catholic Church wasn't the true Church when she endorsed abortion and contraception. Of course, it can never happen! The Church is indefectible which means she cannot err. She is always led by the Holy Spirit. Unfortunately, that doesn't mean she won't fall into the hands of evil men. And that she has!

The Pontifical Academy of Life which, like the ministries in Orwell's 1984, has become the opposite of its name, recommends a "pardigm shift" in moral teachings. You know -- hate is love, death is life, slavery is freedom, etc. Really, folks, sin is beautiful and we can all be like gods.

As Fr. Jerry Pokorsky writes in Deja Vu All Over Again (sigh) we've been here before. The article begins with an interesting quote from Evalyn Waugh:
It is better to be narrow-minded than to have no mind, to hold limited and rigid principles than none at all. That is the danger which faces so many people today—to have no considered opinions on any subject, to put up with what is wasteful and harmful with the excuse that there is “good in everything”—which in most cases means the inability to distinguish between good and bad.

Father goes on to discuss the academy's report from a 2021 conference:j

The Pontifical Academy for Life has released the results of a 2021 conference suggesting a “paradigm shift” in moral theology. Analysts suggest the report may become the foundation of a papal encyclical effectively redefining the intrinsic evil of contraception and other sins. Archbishop Vincenzo Paglia, the academy’s president since 2016, describes the “paradigm shift” in moral theology. He says the shift is: “both descriptive and conceptual, as it follows a pattern that is both argumentative and narrative, theoretical and sapiential, phenomenological and interpretative.” The new paradigm promises to use big words.

Here we go again.

Many of us recognize the “new paradigm” as a rehash of the old, dissident, and discarded paradigm of proportionalism. Human Sexuality—published by Anthony Kosnik in 1977 under the auspices of the Catholic Theological Society of America—represents the same “paradigm shift” that occurred shortly after Vatican II. It reads like the playbook for all that has happened over the last 50 years.

It is getting to the point that if something comes from the Vatican bureaucracy under Francis, you can have a pretty confident belief that it is wrong at best and heretical at worst. Rome is busy, busy throwing the Holy Spirit under the bus along with the traditional Latin Mass and truth itself. Really, Francis makes all those prophecies about Rome becoming the seat of the anti-Christ appear to be spot on.

Don't misunderstand me, I'm not saying that Francis is the anti-Christ. Goodness, he's too patently absurd with his ridiculous airplane blather and pagan pandering. Judging from the invisible crowds at many of his events, most of the world is not taken in. But he is obviously preparing the way for the beast. God help the poor man when he stands before the Judgment Seat of God. His Indian headdress may end up littering hell's floor. Let us pray for him!

In the meantime, read the words of intelligent and honest men in roman collars who walk in the footsteps of the apostles. Father Pokorsky is one of them. On the other hand, close your ears to the liars who will kiss you while they stab you to the heart.

Read Fr. Pokorsky's article. As always, he speaks the truth with a fresh reminder of the ugly history preceding the lates evil rehash. Don't swallow the poison!

  1. All these pontifical academies and comissions and congreations for this and that...when did it all start? The 1800s or early 1900s probably. But cardinals led to this, as they are who heads such things since they are PO Box bishops who head no real church with people in it but only these things. And when were cardinals first created? 1100s, 1200s, 1300s? After the great schism for sure, isn't it? So its time to roll all these nonsensical institutions back. You can see why there was a reformation'zzz thee ill advised creation of such institutions after the great schism shows a lack of wisdom in the western hierarchy and that it was only a matter of time for it to be completely corrupted.

  2. instead of calling calling cardinals "your excellency" call them what they are, satan's ministers which is why they wear red. "The cardinals ate the catholic church" I saw someone recently say. They did. Their institution would have to be rolled back for the RCC to be saved. But Catholics are like cuckservatives, conserving every error and stupid mistake of the past (only for a longer time) and so will go down with a sinking ship to hell.

  4. I've embraced the sedevacantist position this year because I believe the Catholic Church hasn't been "The Church" since VII. It's teachings on false ecumenism, religious liberty and collegiality bare this out imo. The info is out there for anyone to see. What helped me the most to switch to this position is realizing R&R is not Catholic. I remember vividly posting a comment to Michael Matt that R&R was protestantism....then it hit me; R&R IS the SSPX. And I truly love Arb. Lefebvre and the SSPX, but they're wrong. The SSPX really are sedes, they just don't admit it. Their R&R position has forced them to change their position on the validity of episcopal consecrations, priestly ordinations and the new Catechism. They agreed with the sedes on these three points, but now have changed. I hope Catholics who loose their TLM's will consider sede Churches before submitting to the NO.
