Church Militant is obviously feeling the sting from the challenge by former novices of the Wyoming Carmelites. You can know that because they've now brought in the BIG GUN, a WOMAN and former novice with NO experience of the Wyoming Carmel AT ALL.

Here's what CM says about their latest "whistleblower" who is affirming Augustine Inferrara's story without having any personal knowledge or experience with the Wyoming Carmelites or even, apparently, with Augustine. Another former novice with the Wyoming Carmelites has come forward to share his experience with the monks and defend them from the so-called investigation by Christine Niles, chief CM grifter. 

The former novices, all impressive and manly young men, avoid criticizing Church Militant (CM). But in view of the damage CM is doing to the faith by their slander, THE FLASHLIGHT is dedicated to exposing their shameful bias and their willingness to lie in order to advance their agenda.

Augustine Inferrera, Church Militant's whistleblower, did experience two episodes where a monk supervising the building project, Brother Joseph, lost his temper with the young man and physically assaulted him. The brother was charged with simple assault and had to go to court where he pled guilty and expressed his regret. There were no injuries although Augustine reiterates over and over how "violent" Bother Joseph is (a regular Jack the Ripper) and essentially demanded his expulsion. Augustine claims there was no provocation, but we only hear his side of the story. Apparently there were witnesses. What did they say about the events? Did anyone have to physically pull the mad monk off Augustine?

This episode of The Flashlight will discuss Church Militant (CM) and their two videos, Counterfeit Carmel (CC) and Behind the Spotlight (BS) that target the Wyoming Carmelites as a "scam" hiding what is really a ring of homosexual perverts grooming young novices for abuse in the mountains of Wyoming.

Since the airing of these two hit pieces, push back is coming from former novices who, unlike CM's whistleblower, (He was at the monastery for LESS THAN A MONTH.) spent a combined total of over SEVEN YEARS with the monks some of it overlapping the whistleblower's time there. You can see three of their videos in my earlier post. A fourth former novice of the Wyoming Carmelites has now joined his brothers to defend the monks against Church Militant's vicious accusations.

Michael and Christine on Valentine's Day! Aren't They a Cute Couple?

I just watched the Valentine's Day Vortex, "Leading People Astray." It's the perfect title for every Church Militant (CM) blather episode since they are experts at doing exactly that. This episode happened to be an excerpt from a long interview with Tim Gordon by the darling duo, Mike and Christine. I couldn't stomach the entire interview. I just watched the short Vortex. That was enough!

Looking at pictures of cult leaders it seems that hair is a significant magnet to draw followers to a particular cult leader, and Michael Voris certainly has a lot of hair. 

In addition to hair, here's an interesting list of how to recognize a cult. Church Militant seems to fit every one of the following ten descriptions so are they a cult? My comments are in red.

We all know how vigorous Church Militant’s Christine Niles is to search out all the those involved in any way with sex abuse, especially the sex abuse of minors. In view of that, they made a big mistake when they linked up with Milo. He says he’s repented of his homosexually active past. Let’s pray that’s true, but his outlandish behavior is outing them as the huge hypocrites they are!

Editor’s note: Readers, be aware that I am deliberately using the same
extreme language Church Militant uses against those with whom they disagree. I would never call CM a “cult” if they did not throw out that accusation liberally against orthodox Catholics who embrace tradition, especially those who attend SSPX chapels. I will not, however, stoop to using their “pervert” and  “pedo enabler” language against them no matter how many same sex attracted men with crazy hair run their circus. But really, to call a rally by Michael and Milo “boot camp” makes me laugh! Remember Corporal Klinger in MASH? That immediately comes to mind. I had to resist the urge to post a picture of Klinger, but you can see some here. And now on to the games CM plays!

The Vortex of Hell

Malebolge is Dante Alighieri's Eighth Circle of Hell. There're nine circles of Hell in The Inferno, the ninth being the dwelling place of Lucifer eternally trapped in ice, therefore we can say that the Eighth Circle of Hell is the destination of wicked souls far down the ladder of evil who have willingly participated in egregious sins. Malebolge itself is a funnel-shaped cavern described as a VORTEX. You get the drift.

Each time Church Militant says "based on Church Militant investigators" I laugh. I laugh because even when the evidence was written on paper in black and white, and even when the victim/whistleblower, while being filmed in an interview, told and even demonstrated what happened, Church Militant in general, and Christine Niles in particular, told a lie an "inaccuracy"- you know, because a lie "specific error" is more sensational than the truth.

I'll just go ahead and admit a few things here so that Church Militant can get all their legal ducks in a row if they're thinking of suing me, dragging me into court, making me lose my job (hahaha), doxing me, searching my dark mysterious past, etc. So here goes....

I've never had a fundraiser on the Internet for myself or others, I own my own little home left to my brother and me by our mother when she died (I bought my brother's half since he already had a home). I live alone, I've been married twice, I have 3 children, 6 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. I'm poor, never lonely, converted to Catholicism 41 years ago, attended Novus Ordo parishes but now am a member of the SSPX. 

Joke of the day? The only media you can trust is Church Militant! Hahahahahaha!

Michael Voris is at it again -- reporting from Baltimore about the massive crowd (Really...1500?) coming to his rally tomorrow. As usual Voris preens and postures as he promotes Church Militant (CM) as the only courageous team willing to take on the evil bishops, every one of whom should immediately resign. (Yes, he said that in another Vortex episode since the bishops are all homosexuals, homosexual enablers, or cowards, not to mention "Johns" paying their whores in the media to pick on poor CM. Yup, he called and/or implied that the bishops as a group are cruising "Johns" looking for their latest hooker pickup. (Obviously Voris knows a lot about cruising for pickups. As my mom always said, "People in glass houses shouldn't throw stones.")

Is Fr. James Jackson Guilty?

Here we go again. Christine Niles has another cause celebre to
engage her crackerjack investigative skills: the accusations against Fr. James Jackson, FSSP of possessing and distributing child pornography. If he is, indeed, guilty he needs to be brought to justice.

But wait a minute. He hasn't even entered a plea yet. That's scheduled for November 15th. Can we hold off on the guilty verdict for five minutes, Christine?

Is Church Militant lying about the SSPX or are they just incompetent?

Before I begin, let me say a word to Milo. Milo, run! Run away from Church Militant as fast as you can. They're using you, your name and your fame for their own personal and professional gain. Stop being used!

Now that I've gotten that off my chest let's delve into Christine Niles and Church Militant knowing the truth while willfully lying (or are they just incompetent?) in order to defame the SSPX. 

Remember back in July when Christine Niles excoriated me for not "doing simple fact-checking" by not calling Rebecca Carroll personally and asking if she knew Jassy and Hannah before posting my article on the Internet? Christine was so incensed at my apparent ineptness that she threatened me with a lawsuit! 

Therefore shouldn't Christine Niles do the same thing herself? Shouldn't she be doing simple fact-checking - or at least have her staff do it for her - before taping shows and posting false base premises (my base premise was true) on Church Militant, Facebook and Twitter? Why lie when easily obtained facts are in plain sight? Is Church Militant lying for (Opus Dei) money to "fabricate a pretext" against the SSPX or is incompetence their modus operandi?

Is Hannah Merz a credible witness for Church Militant?

Ever since Church Militant (CM) began their hotfoot pursuit to discredit the SSPX, they've used a witches brew of innuendo, supposition, assumptions, and loaded language to poison the public's perception of Archbishop Lefebvre and the Society of St Pius X. Their strategy includes putting witnesses front and center whose trustworthiness and credibility are seriously questionable. Jassy Jacas is one of those witnesses, but another whom cracker jack investigator Christine Niles said a year-and-a-half ago that she planned to interview is "Hannah," Jassy's BFF (Best Friend Forever).

Hannah, of course, is Hannah Merz, the "star pupil" of career counselor Rebecca Carroll. Hannah recently took down her blog, Desert Rose Life, which leads us to wonder whether an interview with Niles is in the works.

Church Militant's Hate for the SSPX Part 5: Can You Trust Their Impartiality?

Short answer... NO! Long answer...HELL NO!

In April 2020, Church Militant came out with its slick yellow journalism piece attacking the SSPX as a Society "Sympathetic to Perverts." Let me begin by pointing out that many of these alleged events occurred in the early 1990s. So keep in mind that we're looking back 30 YEARS! The alleged suicide of Michael Gonzalez occurred in 2000, over 20 YEARS ago. Even Jassy Jacas' claims, which have changed a number of times, are over a decade old. How much have memory lapses, errors, embellishments, and even deliberate lies covered up the truth like kudzu? And how eager is CM to spin the story to present the SSPX in the worst possible light?

Before we move on to the game of tetherball I'd like to address the (most recent) double standard practiced at Church Militant when they hosted a sedevacantist on their panel of 9 diocesan priests "who have been sidelined in varying capacities for being faithful". (Here)

One of those priests, Fr Stephen Lefort, after being dismissed by his bishop, became a sedevacantist and was conditionally re-ordained by a Thuc-line bishop.

What a double standard for Church Militant! Yet isn't this par for the course in Vorisland? Michael Voris and Christine Niles "constantly state that the SSPX are a bad group of untouchable schismatic victimizers, yet Fr Stephen Lefort, who has actually done schismatic acts and has put himself under a dubious bishop, is treated no differently than the good guys on the panel, nor are any of his schismatic acts disclosed by Church Militant."

Why would anyone believe the frenzied sensationalism and ranting screeds of Voris and Niles? We, as reasonable people, shouldn't believe them and the game of tetherball explains why. Tetherball is a game where two people strike a volleyball suspended from a stationary metal pole by a rope or tether. The pole is usually 10 feet high with the rope connecting the pole and tetherball being 8 feet long. The two players hit the ball clockwise or counterclockwise until one player manages to wind the ball all the way around the pole as far as it will go until it hits the pole. Of course the closer to the pole, the shorter the rope.

Michael Voris and Church Militant are like tetherball. The entity "Church Militant" and all its actions are the pole. Michael Voris is the ball, tethered to the pole. Connecting Church Militant (the pole) and Michael Voris (the ball) is the rope (MONEY).
