Thank you for the link. I watched the opening moments of the Documentary, which brought tears to my eyes, as it recalled the innocence of youth being raised as healthy, active boys and girls. It stands out as a pure rememberance of what was, what could be. I will watch the rest later tonight ... after my own chaotic tribe of boys and girls heads to sleepy-town and I can give it the full attention it deserves.
ReplyDeleteOur culture has been poisoned by the introduction and spread of the spiritual pornofication drug and its direct influence upon our individual and family's souls. Perhaps it was our Church that led the way down this path away from God's natural Order - I am a big believer that the RCC acts as "leaven" either way, as the connection between heaven and earth; spiritual and physical.
As always, prayer, penance, adoration before the Tabernacle that contains God is the best hope for saving our nation and our future - our youth. This is a spiritual problem natural to pagans, especially post-Christian pagans who have *chosen* to reject Christ and embraced darkness over Light. Government and new laws will not solve this perversity and insanity. Our only hope is evangelism and conversion to the saving power of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
Well said, Aqua! I couldn't agree more. Today is an ember day on the old calendar. The Church used to urge, no require, us to fast and abstain as penance. Today most don't keep the Friday abstinence and don't substitute another form of penance. How many go to Confession? Many don't believe anything is a sin and hell may exist, but nobody goes there.

Today we are all captives of a diabolically disoriented culture. Let us pray for Our Lady to be our rescuer. Our Lady, refuge of sinners, pray for us.
Aside from prayer, fasting, abstinence, the sacraments…homeschooling children from K-12 is how to avoid most of the evil our society has forced upon us. Most Catholic schools aren’t even truly Catholic, so it has become morally obligatory in most cases.
