Meditation for Sunday: Pray the Rosary Every Day!

Yesterday began the month dedicated to the holy rosary of Our Lady. So powerful is her
"sword," that it has saved many nations who place themselves under her protection. You can read about some of the battles won through Mary's intercession as our twelve-star general using the "weapon" of the rosary. Visit the site below.

The linked article was written in 2020. Can anyone deny that the state of America is worse now than when it was first published? The coming midterms will reveal whether we will continue the slide into diabolical disorientation as Sr. Lucy of Fatima put it, or will begin to rebuild by defending faith and family, hearth and home.

The best thing anyone can do to bring about the triumph of the Sacred and Immaculate Hearts is to begin with the foundation stone -- the nuclear family. God created marriage and family as the human icon of the Blessed Trinity to remind us that love is a communion of persons. Turning to God than we pray for our families that they will be faithful witnesses to God's love for the world in good times and in bad. And so:
  • The best thing a husband can do is to love his wife and be willing to suffer for her sake and the sake of his children.
  • The best thing a wife can do is to love her husband and be willing to suffer for his sake and the sake of her children.
  • The best thing children can do is to love and respect their parents and be obedient to them in all things over which parents have authority.
  • The best thing we all can do is to love God with our whole heart, soul, mind, and strength and conform our weak human wills to his divine will.
We are not alone in the battle, but have the help, not only of Jesus and Mary, but our guardian angels, our patron saints and all the saints and angels of God.

The devil hates and fears the rosary, all the more reason to pray it every single day with love and devotion. Greet Our Lady as the angel Gabriel did. "Hail, full of grace." She is a powerful channel of grace for all those who love her, and she will lead each of us straight to her Son, Jesus.

O Mary, conceived without sin, pray for us who have recourse to Thee.
