Komen Wimps Out: Says they will Change Regs to Allow PP Grants

Well it didn't take long for Komen to bend to the agents of the evil one. They have rescinded their decision to drop Planned Parenthood. How pathetic! They couldn't even stand firm for a week. Well...back to the boycott, folks. Here's the news from AP.

    FYI, Mary Ann....

Abby Johnson and Life News says this isn't exactly bad news.

Do not be discouraged. Nothing has changed with regard to Komen. It makes sense that Komen put out this statement. They have a pack of hounds on their back. The abortion industry is stating, "give us money or we will destroy you." This is Komen's attempt to save their organization, which we should know is in peril. The pro-life movement has not really been diligent in sending letters of support. They are receiving thousands of letters from the pro-choice movement villianizing them for their decision.

It has been known and has been reported that they are continuing five grants through 2012. This is a reference to that. They are saying that groups, including PP, have the ability to apply for grants. Any group can apply for anything. It does not mean they are going to get the grant.

Please continue to support Komen and send letters of encouragement.

  2. I'm not sure how anyone can continue to support them frankly, especially when they say that they are rewriting their grant process to enable PP to be eligible. The best I can suggest is that people continue to pray and put pressure on Komen. They wouldn't have this problem if they had not made a partnership with the devil in the first place.

  3. People may want to get a second opinion on giving to cancer research. Suzanne Somers has a great book out on alternative medicine and how poorly cancer research is done.

  4. my only question to your readers is: Did you let Komen know how much you appreciated their decision to separate from Planned Parenthood? Did you promise Komen additional support to make up for the allies they were losing? I think a lot of us let Komen down and they only heard from the death squads

  5. In the two days after Komen announced no more grants to PP their donations soared. They increased over 100% http://www.lifesitenews.com/news/komen-donations-soar-after-cutting-ties-with-planned-parenthood

Pro-lifers put their money where their mouth is. We need to wait and see what happens in the next grant cycle.

One thing this does show, however, is that PP will stop at nothing to protect their diabolical organization even if it means destroying others.

  6. Has anyone mentioned the link between abortion and breast cancer? So, Komen is giving money to PP whose abortions cause more breast cancer...oh, I get it...wait...
