Well, duh! Johnson's Great Society took the black family, drove dads out of the home, rounded up and herded blacks into federal projects, and started giving out their meager goodies to convince them to stay on the Democrats' plantation and always vote for their white, elitist massahs.
And it's worked pretty well for the dems except when "uppity blacks" like Clarence Thomas, Ben Carson, Thomas Sowell, Mia Love, Star Parker, Lloyd Marcus, Alan Keyes, Walter Williams, and other conservatives "of color" have the audacity to challenge them.
Speaking of Alan Keyes, he is defending Clive Bundy. “He wasn’t talking so much about black folks, but about the harm and damage that the leftist socialism has done to blacks,” Right on, Alan! (Read more at http://www.wnd.com/2014/04/black-leader-says-bundy-remarks-not-racist/#ixISoXg0jBdtjLvh.99)
When I read Bundy's statement I immediately thought of Llloyd Marcus describing how his dad, the first black fire fighter in Baltimore who faced serious discrimination, vowed to move his family out of the projects so accurately described by Bundy:
“And in front of that government house the door was usually open and the older people and the kids – and there is always at least a half a dozen people sitting on the porch – they didn’t have nothing to do. They didn’t have nothing for their kids to do. They didn’t have nothing for their young girls to do,” he said.
“And because they were basically on government subsidy, so now what do they do? They abort their young children, they put their young men in jail, because they never learned how to pick cotton. And I’ve often wondered, are they better off as slaves, picking cotton and having a family life and doing things, or are they better off under government subsidy? They didn’t get no more freedom. They got less freedom.”Could Bundy have said this in a less hot-button way? Sure. But he's not a sycophantic politician or a talking head with finger in the wind weighing every word to see how it will fly on the evening news. Hindsight is always 50-50. Here's what his son says about his remarks and I take him at his word.
Do Bundy's comments prove he's a racist? Hell no! (And I do mean hell for the cynical attack on him.) Who are the real racists? Liberals who are delighted to abort black babies any time anywhere, who export child killing to third world nations (of color!) in the form of population control programs. (I can't count the number of white, American liberals telling me we need abortion to control the population in Africa, China, or India!) And then there are the stealth attacks on poor people of color like lacing vaccination with hormones to insure third world women will develop antibodies against their own children. Oh...and don't forget the marketing in aborted babies' bodies of all color for use in cosmetics and in food flavoring. Yes, there are racists out there. I don't think Clive Bundy is one of them.
Besides, what does any of this have to do with the assault on the Bundy ranch by the feds? Even if Bundy is a racist, does that mean he has no rights? Frankly, it should be irrelevant in the debate over the feds terrorism against an American family. Why isn't it? Because the goal is to marginalize and freeze the Bundy family like they did the "racist" Weavers and the "cultist" Branch Davidians. Next step -- the nighttime raid with percussion grenades, assault rifles, tanks, and drones? If I were a member of the Bundy family I would be very afraid. Think of that -- AFRAID THAT YOUR OWN GOVERNMENT WILL ATTACK AND KILL YOU!
This is a golden opportunity for the feds as all the FOX rats run from the ship waving their arms in mock horror. It raises the spectacle of the next Waco siege against a man who "deserves it because he's a racist."
And after that? Well, are you a Christian, excuse me, a "domestic terrorist?" Are you a member of a Tea Party group? Do you support the second amendment? Do you stand for traditional marriage?
Get in line and get your tattoo. The camp is waiting for you!
