Red Rose Rescue Trial in Progress: Warning - Graphic Photo of Dead Baby!

Editor's Comment: Red Rose Rescue is a peaceful attempt to save babies from death and their mothers from a lifetime of regret. Rescuers enter an abortion business to offer the mothers red roses and information about the many kinds of assistance available to them. They do not block the door or prevent anyone from entering or exiting, they use the power of prayer and persuasion to save lives and souls. They are heroes!

At present a trial is in progress in Nassau County. The defendants always try to introduce the "defense of necessity," i.e., that their action is necessary to defend life. The prosecution always tries to make it about simple trespass. The defense of necessity is the same principle that lets firemen break into a house to put out a fire, or a policeman to go on private property to stop a thief. I was in a case in Fairfax years ago where a judge allowed the necessity defense. We won! But it wasn't a court of record. So the same injustice prevails today. Let the killers kill and stomp on the rescuers.

Please pray the jury has enough sense to see through all us and practices jury nullification. If you don't know what jury nullification is, here's the definition: Jury nullification refers to a jury's knowing and deliberate rejection of the evidence or refusal to apply the law either because the jury wants to send a message about some social issue that is larger than the case itself, or because the result dictated by law is contrary to the jury's sense of justice, morality, or fairness.

Here's the latest report on what's happening with the trial as it continues today. Please pray for the complete exoneration of the rescuers!a

To reiterate: In this rescue trial so far, Gov Hochul's people's republic of New York has yet to insist the jury must hold that men menstruate & ladies swing ding-dongs; but if or when it does, that rejection of reality will still fail to reach the one upon which, sans much success, this risible court does want to insist - that the rescue had nothing to do with the slaughter scheduled inside the extermination camp where the rescue obtained (quite successfully - was there, & the place just shut down once the rescue began).

See below, first day of trial, on 7 February, based on coverage from estimable reporter Will Goodman, also honored member of the Garland9.

On 24 April 2021 the slaughter of innocents in Manhasset, New York was brought to a halt by rescuers Matthew Connolly, Laura Gies, John Hinshaw, and Fr. Fidelis Moscinski, CFR.

In preliminary comments before the court, the two prosecutors condemned these four for handing roses to mothers, claiming this to be a serious "disturbance" and "scary," albeit absolutely & quite without question "not about abortion," but merely about people randomly & for no particular reason dropping by to trespass & (gasp!) obstruct the government.

That latter being one of the charges.

Defense attorneys Joseph Soffey and Elio Forcina, however, noted "there was no obstruction by the defendants." In his opening statement, over frenzied objection! sustained! Forcino observed, that in fact "the only obstruction involved here was the de-struction - of human life."

Despite many more objection! sustained!'s, Forcina pointed out that many thousands of people are alive today because of folk willing to counsel desperate pregnant mothers - "which is exactly what these defendants did."

The Red Rose Rescuers, Mr. Soffey added in his opening statement, "assist mothers...they are not disruptive, there is no forcing or cajoling...they are entirely peaceful...they derive no personal benefits from this."

The first witness for the prosecution was a known serial killer, name of Bruce Shulman. Dutifully masked up, Shulman acknowledged the rescue "curtailed business."

That is to say, since men don't need so much to be instructed as reminded, this 'business': -

Another dutifully masked witness testified she has been aiding and abetting the abortionist as an accomplice for 15 years.

During her time as a witness, the prosecution introduced an exhibit from the extermination camp, a video of rescuer Matthew Connolly singing "Amazing Grace" while he was across the hall from where the slaughter obtains - which is in a multiple purpose, multi-floored office complex (that also completely shut down on 21 April 2021).

While the video showed little more than the floor, a wall, and someone's feet, Matt's gentle recorded voice set a somber & even prayerful tone in the packed courtroom for nearly two full verses of this popular Christian hymn.

This witness for the prosecution testified that multiple patients were in the waiting room or office when the rescuers arrived with their roses and pregnancy aid information. And that they left.

When asked by defense counsel if she knew whether these individuals rescheduled their appointments, she said, "probably."

"Probably? Or certainly?"

"Probably," she hopefully and gruesomely answered.

"But the patients left certainly?"

Yes, "certainly."

The third and final prosecution witness of the day was an accessory killer who has been profiting off slaughter for thirty years.

She detailed some of the extermination camp rules, including the mandate that "men are not allowed in the office, unless they have female parts."

!!!

This witness further admitted the waiting room is open to the public, that she witnessed two rescuers sitting in chairs within the waiting room, told two or three mothers to leave the office, that the rescue operation lasted about two hours, & that people were indeed scheduled to be killed at the extermination camp that day.

The judge concluded the afternoon session after 4:30 pm, and dismissed the jurors until the trial resumes tomorrow at 11 am.

To be continued! 🌹👣
