I usually start my day (after prayer time) by visiting various Catholic news sites and clicking on links sent to me via email. Here's a selection that piqued my interest yesterday:

This is apparently part II of a series with part III to come. It's a fascinating account of behind the scenes machinations that make the Borgias look like pikers. I'm sure my readers have no illusions about politics in the Church. They're real and they are nothing new. Just think of Joan of Arc's bogus political trial. One More Do-Nothing Bishops' Meeting -- Business as Usual.

You've no doubt heard the story of the committee of blind men who tried to describe an elephant. Each touched a different part of the beast. The one who touched the side said he was like a wall. The one who touched the trunk said he was like giant snake. The one who touched his leg said he was like a very large cow. None of them got it right. 

Every year the bishops get together twice at great cost to Catholics across the country. They jabber and hob-nob, make nice with each other, talk to the press, and accomplish pretty much NOTHING. Like the blind men who failed to "see" the elephant, they continue to embrace their willful blindness toward the little ones in the womb, refusing to call child murder the preeminent issue of our day or call proabortion politicians to repentance.

I Hate to Be a Johnny One Note, but Church Militant is Hilarious!

Hilarious for lots of reasons including Mike's hair. Vanity is not a sign of holiness.

Are you tired of reading about Church Militant? What can I say? Mike Voris' Vortex is so hilarious today I couldn't resist writing about his little merry band yet again. The title of this Vortex episode is "Kinda Creepy" which I thought was "kinda" ironic coming from a group that excels at creepy.

The COINCIDENCE PANDEMIC: Witnesses Testify to Vaccine Injuries!

The lying CDC and FDA continue to tell us how safe the gene therapy mislabeled as a "vaccine" is. Of course they just ignore all the vaccine injuries and deaths because none of them have anything to do with the jab. We're just having a pandemic of COINCIDENCE according to them. None of the deaths or injuries is due to the experimental gene therapy. No, no...coincidence. Somebody with no prior health problems gets massive blood clots after the jab.... just a coincidence.  Athletes and healthy young men develop myocarditis, a recognized side effect of the drug, but...hey, it's so rare it doesn't count... just collateral damage and, besides, it's just a coincidence. A teen collapses on the basketball court and dies with a swollen heart twice the size of a normal heart....no evidence it was the jab...just a coincidence. Yup... all just coincidences. We have a pandemic of coincidence.

Joke of the day? The only media you can trust is Church Militant! Hahahahahaha!

Michael Voris is at it again -- reporting from Baltimore about the massive crowd (Really...1500?) coming to his rally tomorrow. As usual Voris preens and postures as he promotes Church Militant (CM) as the only courageous team willing to take on the evil bishops, every one of whom should immediately resign. (Yes, he said that in another Vortex episode since the bishops are all homosexuals, homosexual enablers, or cowards, not to mention "Johns" paying their whores in the media to pick on poor CM. Yup, he called and/or implied that the bishops as a group are cruising "Johns" looking for their latest hooker pickup. (Obviously Voris knows a lot about cruising for pickups. As my mom always said, "People in glass houses shouldn't throw stones.")

Who would ever think that so many people would happily enable our modern tyrants by eagerly supporting the "green pass" movement. Already, people, especially the vulnerable, are being deprived services all over the globe. France, Italy, Lithuania...hey...New York City are all requiring their residents to "show me your papers" in order to participate in normal life. Check it out! Many countries now require "COVID passports" in order to visit. No vax, no entry! 

A Message for Cardinal Cupich! The Latin Mass is Here to Stay!

Is Cardinal Cupich already in Baltimore for the USCCB meeting? I'll bet his flock breathes a sigh of relief whenever he leaves town.

Is Fr. James Jackson Guilty?

Here we go again. Christine Niles has another cause celebre to
engage her crackerjack investigative skills: the accusations against Fr. James Jackson, FSSP of possessing and distributing child pornography. If he is, indeed, guilty he needs to be brought to justice.

But wait a minute. He hasn't even entered a plea yet. That's scheduled for November 15th. Can we hold off on the guilty verdict for five minutes, Christine?
