American Papist tracks bishops opposing Obama Care
Check out the list of bishops who have come out against Obama's health care proposal. Most of the bishops have public statements that you can access from the American Papist blog. Is your bishop on the list? If not, ask him why not.
If only it was true. As pointed out by several comments on AmP the statement that these bishops are opposed to ObamaCare is misleading. Because a bishop has opposed abortion coverage, does not mean he is against "ObamaCare" or the "current health care proposal in Congress". They have stated they are in favor of universal health care and just about everything in the H.R. 3200 but abortion and conscience rights concerns. Big time social justice is dominating the Am Catholic Church.
