Is this Jesus and Mary's ancestor? |
When giant European and Asian hornets began invading hives, the bees "learned" how to react to the predators who can decimate their population in minutes! The little ninjas learned to surround the hornets, turn on the heat and cook the scout hornets before they could go back and bring their hornet armies. Those hives that react by immediately surrounding and attacking these giant predators survive. Those that don't, die. That is an example of adaptation and natural selection. The bee species that effectively respond to the threat survive and pass on their warrior genes. Have you ever adapted your behavior to respond to something? I know I have!
Then there is "macro-evolution." It is the perfect illustration of the philosophy of the "big lie," a term coined by Adolph Hitler in his book Mein Kampf:
...in the big lie there is always a certain force of credibility; because the broad masses of a nation...more readily fall victims to the big lie than the small lie, since they themselves often tell small lies in little matters but would be ashamed to resort to large-scale falsehoods. It would never come into their heads to fabricate colossal untruths, and they would not believe that others could have the impudence to distort the truth so infamously.
Evolution is the big lie, in fact, a lie so colossal and repeated so often that it appears to be "common knowledge" and a fundamental, scientific truth. It isn't! Darwin's hypothesis fails on every level.
- It presumes massive jumps from one species to the next with no evidence
- It presumes that everything came from nothing.
- It presumes missing links and non-existent fossil evidence.
- It uses adaptation and natural selection to "prove" its colossal leap from the primordial soup to everything!
- It violates long-established, observable laws of nature and scientific proofs in most fields of science.
In fact, evolution is not science, but a godless religion developed by atheists to support their belief in no-god. For a Catholic, evolution is unbelievable for a number of reasons despite the attempt by some to give it a Catholic gloss.
- Evolution teaches that the origin of humanity arose in various communities developing at the same time, rather than original parents. In other words, there were many first parents in different parts of the world. (DNA evidence is now showing that we are all related to an original man and woman.)
- Evolution says that man descended from animals. That means our genetic line includes an ape-like ancestor. So we are to believe that the God, who came to earth in the womb of a woman to be raised in a human family, placed the first human soul in an animal raised by animals. How can any Catholic believe that? The idea of "Catholic evolution" is a contradiction in terms.
- The biblical genealogies in Luke and Mark trace the ancestors of Jesus. Did the gospel writers forget about Jesus' pre-human great, great, great...grandparents, the apes? Somehow, I don't think so.
Kneel before the God who created man and woman in His own image through the Word made Flesh -- not from the flesh of a beast, but the flesh of the Blessed Virgin through the power of the Holy Spirit. |
I do not believe that the universe was formed by chance, out of just any sort of material....I do not believe that chimpanzees, or Darwin's other little pets will ever rival us in building airplanes or producing other inventions, because among them we find no progress. after so many centuries they have not even succeeded in writing the modest history of monkeydom's progress." (October 1933)
I cannot believe that man is only a perfect monkey. This is the question of evolution....A mountain of acute criticism has been published on this subject; but the more books they write the more complicated the problems grow. This theory not only does not agree with the results of today's experimental science, which is in constant progress, but in reality it contradicts these findings, as has been carefully documented. (July 1934)
The evolutionists control the discussion, so readers may be unaware of the mountain of evidence against evolution. Here are some sources to start your search. Don't let your kids embrace evolution. It's a faith killer. Show them Ben Stein's movie and expose them to the truth. The big lie needs to be annihilated by the truth!

jacques girardo, I do not publish blatant bigotry. Your comment was ridiculous on its face.
ReplyDeleteNothing can come from nothing. Fact. In the beginning, there was nothing. Then it exploded. How ridiculous.
ReplyDeleteI'm really happy to see more and more Catholics coming to their "sensus fidelium" on this topic. Thanks for being public about it. It's sad to see even some SSPX priests so vehemently taking the atheist's side of the argument (with a sprinkling of theism). Hugh Owen of The Kolbe Center is doing a great service to the Church and world.
ReplyDeleteHave you mentioned yet how Our Lady of Lourdes refuted evolution? That is a powerful argument for faithful Catholics. Personally, it cemented my resolve.
I am always gladdened when I see a Catholic website beat up on the nonsense of evolution. I had a priest tell me recently that the Church requires belief in theistic evolution; he and I will never be great friends. And you mention Richard Dawkins. I will give him this much credit: in a debate with Cardinal Pell years ago, Pell denied the existence of Adam and Eve. Dawkins, the atheist evolutionist, pointed out correctly that such a viewpoint would wipe out the Catholic Faith. Evolution is a high-tech creation myth for the atheist. Damage is done when Catholics accept it, as this Cardinal Pell anecdote shows.
ReplyDeleteA great source of information on this topic is "In the Beginning" by Walt Brown.
ReplyDeleteA wealth of information on: Evolution, The Flood, etc.
Did jacques girardo tell you that gays are going to hell? what a bigot. how blatant.
ReplyDeleteNo, George.
