I Challenge Liberals to Show Examples of Conservative Hate to Match Theirs! They Can't!

15 Times Celebrities Envisioned Violence Against Trump and the GOP

Note that these statements are all made by celebrities whose positions essentially give them a bullhorn for advertising their hatred.

Rachel Maddow did a show back in 2009 titled "A Disturbing Summary of the Death Threats against Obama and Other Democrats."

The difference between these two lists is that most of the threats listed by Maddow were individuals outside townhalls or making anonymous phone calls who had no platform to shout from the housetops. Only a handful of people (if that) were aware of their vitriol and hatred and could have been stirred up by it. Nobody was making rap videos or staging plays that urged the murder of Obama. These individuals didn't have audiences in the millions that they could stir up to violence. They also didn't have George Soros-backed organizations fomenting violence in the streets with paid thugs.

Maddow's first example is a Democrat politician being hung in effigy outside his office by an anonymous individual. Okay, let's just look at that. Here are some examples of Trump being hung in effigy -- not by a single idiot doing the dirty in the middle of the night, but organized groups stirring up the mob.

Hillary Supporters Hang Trump in Effigy Outside Trump Tower

PROTESTERS Hang Trump Effigy – Beat Up Trump Impersonator Outside NY GOP Convention

Trump has been hung in effigy at protests all over the country. Just google Trump effigies and browse the effigies in nooses, being burnt, with bullet holes in the head, etc..

But of course conservatives did the same thing when they organized "not my president" rallies after Obama's election.

Don't remember that?

Surprise! It didn't happen.

Liberals use commie tactics to manipulate mobs while they prance around pretending to hold the moral high ground.

I read a Washington Post column by a female student who attended a Trump rally during the campaign. She said she was there because Trump "incites violence." The headline implied she was treated in a scary, threatening way at the rally where she bravely screamed "Black Lives Matter" over and over at the top of her voice to disrupt it.

What happened? Was she roughed up, thrown to ground, raped, shot like Congressman Steve Scalise?

No! She was escorted out by police. (Omigosh, she says the officer tried to push down her raised fist. What a brute!) She wasn't arrested. She went out to protest with the rest of her buddies in the parking lot. Contrast that to the bridges and streets blocked to prevent the rights of Trump supporters to attend his rallies. Think of the riots with broken windows and fires set to prevent conservatives right to free speech. How many Democrat speakers have had their events cancelled like conservatives all over the country? Can you think of a single one?

The U.S. is in big trouble, but not because of Donald Trump. Liberals are tyrants. Their tactics are Communist. They call others bullies while they do the bullying. Catholics need to push back. This isn't the ecumenical Church picnic we're in; it's the battle between good and evil.

We don't want to imitate their behavior. Our push back is powered by prayer using the armor and weapons of God (Ephesians 6:13-17):
  • Do all that your duty requires and hold your ground.
  • Stand firm with truth as the belt around your waist
  • Justice as your breastplate
  • And zeal to propagate the gospel of peace as your footgear.
  • Hold up faith as your shield to deflect the fiery darts of the evil one.
  • Take the helmet of salvation
  • And the sword of the spirit, the word of God.
And don't forget your rosary.

Oh, and a question for Rachel Maddow. Are you going to do a piece on the death threats and violence against Trump and his supporters? I won't hold my breath. The mainstream media and "reporters" like Maddow and Chris Matthews are bullhorns of hate stirring up violence against conservative and godly values.

  1. Chesterton said "Capitalism is a Sin, Communism is a Heresy" and I think how you use "Liberalism" falls more under the label Communism.

(As using labels myself, I am conscious of how other bloggers use them).

  2. For instance, I doubt you would call Tim Farron, in UK labelled Liberal Democrat, a sinner (apart from his being non-Catholic, of course).

  3. Quite right. The points you make are clearly visible from this far away (Western Australia)

  4. Mr. Lundahl, you are correct. I associate liberalism in the U.S. with cultural Marxism. I use the word liberal as Fr. Felix Sarda Y Salvany used it in his classic work, Liberalism is a Sin. It perfectly describes the Democrat party and liberal beliefs and perfectly describes the mainstream media:

    1. "The absolute sovereignty of the individual in his entire independence of God and God's authority."

I'm going to continue this on a blog post because I think identifying terms is important to have any kind of intelligent dialogue.
