More on the Light Show Fiasco at the Vatican

Vatican up in flames -- exactly what Satan & his minions want!
I just read a commentary at St. Corbinian's Bear blog.  He pointed me to a scripture passage that seems completely on target for what happened at St. Peter's. And his commentary is spot on:
Finally, the Bear thought of this passage from Scripture as the holy place of St. Peter's was covered with animals.
And they changed the glory of the incorruptible God into the likeness of the image of a corruptible man, and of birds, and of fourfooted beasts, and of creeping things. 24 Wherefore God gave them up to the desires of their heart, unto uncleanness, to dishonour their own bodies among themselves. 25 Who changed the truth of God into a lie; and worshipped and served the creature rather than the Creator, who is blessed for ever. Amen.
(Romans 1:23-25 Douay Rheims)
Indeed, the Prince of This World's hand is almost visible...
If showrunner Archbishop Rino Fisichella, President of the Pontifical Council for the New Evangelization (you remember: speaking ill of the Pope is the same as a physical attack) had not assured us that this was like the greatest thing ever, the Bear would be appalled and angry.
But since this is all approved, the Bear accepts it as a legitimate display of how monkeys are more important than humans. And destroying St. Peter's.
Could it be that The Prince of This World is signing off on some of this stuff? If so, he needs to back off a bit, because he's blowing his cover.
Well, Satan doesn't mind blowing his cover these days -- he has so many deluded supporters who publicly proclaim him. In his arrogance and pride, he really believes he can defeat his own Creator. But he is an angel with angelic intelligence even if it's twisted. Listening to him confused even those with an unfallen human nature. So prudence demands that the friends of Christ don't listen, even for a second, to his appalling suggestions. Stay surrounded by the Holy Spirit, because His wind is the only thing that can blow away the satanic smoke filling not only the sanctuary but the whole world.

And stay close to Our Lady. Remember, she is the one whose "yes" brings salvation. Respond to her requests at Fatima by saying "Yes!" to the daily rosary and the Five First Saturdays devotion. Immaculate Heart of Mary, pray for us.
