Is This Young Priest a New Fulton Sheen?

Pray for him!

  1. You may have something there. In determining the truth I have found that clarity is a potent ally and essential prerequisite of the Truth.... You cant get much clearer than that.

  2. It's certain no television station today is going to allow him a platform, not even EWTN, but You Tube is even better. Subscribers like me can see him daily whenever it suits us and I can forward link to others.

I had not thought of him as a new Sheen, but I think Sheen is grinning ear to ear in heaven. No doubt Fr. Goring has the same courage to fight and the same purity of heart.

  3. PS... Its called, weaponized ambiguity.
Politicians are past masters and now...examples from (c)ardinal Cupich the consummate
    manipulator/Politician.

  4. "There's a scale of gravity (on moral issues - Kev)..."

Fr. Goring is right on target! (unlike another youngish priest, a Franciscan, who is popular on youtube and says just the opposite - and more-than-likely voted for 0bama and Clinton)

Talk about a breath of fresh air. :^)

Thanks for this, Mary Ann. I am going to send this to my friends in the Pro-Life trenches.

  5. No, not Bishop Sheen, but on the way. I'm surprised the Card. DiNardo has not shut Fr. Goring down. So far, so good.

  7. Hi Jeff,

  9. Ms Mary A K... Thanks for your reply. I likewise have several reasons for my fondness for The Ladies (in my Life).... Our Lady, my Wife, Daughter,Daughters in law and 13 equally lovely grand daughters. The 'feminine but not feminist' tag you assigned yourself was not lost on me. Thank you for the stand you take and the quality of topics and discussion they engender.Sorry for jumping to conclusions. Keep up the good work and God Bless

  10. Well, we share something, Geoff. Larry and I also have 13 granddaughters. The last was the tie breaker since we had 12 and 12 at the time. She is a charmer as are all the rest. I wish I could leave commenting automatic instead of moderated, but I had some trolls who were nasty and one, I think, had mental health issues which is why I went to moderating all comments. Thank you for visiting and commenting!
