Editor's Comment: As you read Nabi's post and watch the video about "Desmond is Amazing" consider the insanity of parents who encourage this behavior. Kids like attention. Desmond's getting plenty, all for the wrong reason. Was this going on in Sodom and Gomorrah? Were the parents of Sodom letting their little boys cross dress to become fodder for homosexuals and pedophiles in the city? The likely answer? Absolutely! Watch the dad in the video who's "proud" of Desmond's cross dressing antics. Does he act like a MAN, a father called to spiritual headship? NO! He looks to me like a wimp who's caved in to the insanity and abandoned his own manhood in the process. God help us! Pray for stupid parents and the children they are abusing through their ignorance.

The sexualization and “gender fluidity” of children got one of its most mainstream boosts yet this month, as “Good Morning America” (GMA) devoted a segment to prepubescent “drag artist” Desmond Napoles.
Napoles, known onstage as “Desmond is Amazing,” is a self-described “androgynous drag kid” who identifies as gay (though it’s unclear if he understands the term’s implications). He reportedly started displaying an interest in women’s clothes at age six, after which his parents say a therapist advised them to allow him to “explore.” He rose to prominence in 2014 when RuPaul and Jinkx Monsoon featured him in a music video.
Earlier this month, “GMA Day” co-hosts Michael Strahan and Sara Haines invited Napoles on the show for a celebration of his “trail-blazing” and “bravery” in the world of drag.Nabi Asketh: Where are the voices of the shepherds? When’s the last time you heard a sermon which made clear to you how the Catholic Church’s teachings on sexuality are diametrically opposed to those of the LGBTQ movement?
After Napoles came onstage by strutting across a red carpet, a conversation ensued celebrating the “inspiring” impact of his cross-dressing as an example for individuality, and his parents' support for his self-expression. The young boy's flamboyant and decidedly-adult garb contrasted sharply with his talk of enjoying trains and root beer.
One compassionate shepherd from the medical community dared to speak out on the sickness created by the attempt to alter human sexuality….
|Distinguished psychiatrist, Dr. Paul McHugh
“Dr. Paul McHugh, the university distinguished service professor of psychiatry at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, explains:
Transgendered men do not become women, nor do transgendered women become men. All (including Bruce Jenner) become feminized men or masculinized women, counterfeits or impersonators of the sex with which they ‘identify.’ In that lies their problematic future.
When ‘the tumult and shouting dies,’ it proves not easy nor wise to live in a counterfeit sexual garb. The most thorough follow-up of sex-reassigned people—extending over 30 years and conducted in Sweden, where the culture is strongly supportive of the transgendered—documents their lifelong mental unrest. Ten to 15 years after surgical reassignment, the suicide rate of those who had undergone sex-reassignment surgery rose to 20 times that of comparable peers.
McHugh points to the reality that because sex change is physically impossible, it frequently does not provide the long-term wholeness and happiness that people seek. Indeed, the best scientific research supports McHugh’s caution and concern.”In another article….

“Dr. Paul McHugh explains that transgenderism is a “mental disorder” being treated like a civil rights issue. In a commentary in the Wall Street Journal, he wrote, “We have a very radical and even mutilating treatment being offered to children without any evidence that the long-term outcome of this would be good… Given that close to 80 percent of such children would abandon their confusion and grow naturally into adult life if untreated, these medical interventions come close to child abuse.”Nabi Asketh: While the devout Catholic, Dr. Paul McHugh, has spoken out quite clearly, forcefully and compassionately, where are the voices of the Church shepherds?

One shepherd did address the immorality of the LGBTQ movement at the recent bishop’s meeting in Baltimore:
Texas Bishop Joseph Strickland forthrightly articulated Church teaching on the immorality of homosexual acts to the U.S. Bishops’ Conference Tuesday. He questioned whether his brother bishops believed this “doctrine of the Church or not,” and if they did, why some of them have allowed certain clergy to speak in their dioceses with a pro-homosexual message.Nabi Asketh: When was the last time you heard a sermon on the immorality of the LGBTQ movement?
“Brothers, I think part of the fraternal correction, or the fraternal support, we offer each other is to say, 'Can that be presented in our diocese? That same-sex ‘marriage’ is just fine, and the Church will one day grow to understand that,'” Bishop Strickland said to his brother bishops gathered in Baltimore, MD, for their General Assembly.
“It’s part of our deposit of faith that we believe homosexual activity is immoral,” Strickland said.
“The people, those that we label ‘homosexual,’ are children of God, and they need our great care,” he added. “But to me that real care comes from acknowledging the sin, and the reality that all of us are sinners called from sin to virtue.”
Perhaps it’s time to ask your bishop and parish priest what the Catholic Church teaches on the matter…..
